Scotincornwall (38) from Cornwall, England, Falmouth
About me
Fancy meeting a bright, confident man without the macho crap, with added laughs, silliness, honesty, kindness and romance? Yeah, good luck with that! ;op I'm a widely-travelled graduate with a good career, who hates selfishness. I'm physically active, have a ton of interests (singing [in my 7th band so far], playing sports, biking, boating, cooking and reading, among others), and I'm daft as a brush. I have loads to offer and look forward to doing my best to make the right woman very, very happy. That right woman could be a mix of intelligent, happy, sexy and kind, with a taste for travel, laughter and a good life that she's happy waking up to most days. :o)

About me
- Where I liveCornwall is beautiful. I love the relaxed atmosphere, old-skool friendliness and the lifestyle generally.
- Where are you originally from? The east coast of Scotland, near Edinburgh.
- Do you want to stay there?I've lived around the world, so realise that all long-term plans are just that - plans and no more than that. I'd love to stay in Cornwall until I shuffle off this mortal coil, but no-one knows what the future may hold, so I'm not placing any bets.
- What is your occupation?I'm a market analyst for a consulting firm.
- What have you done so far?Since graduating, I've spent most of my time as a journalist, but am now a consultant. Have in the past been a paper boy, milk boy, golf pro's assistant, dishwasher, English teacher, building site worker, hamburger cook . . .
- What are your future plans?I want to keep finding fun and enjoyment in every day. Would love to fall head-over-heels in love and settle down into a juicy, long-term relationship with no reservations.
- Your perfect partnerMy perfect partner would be clever, confident, strong, and a good person (kind, thoughtful, considerate), with a sense of silly, daft, not-afraid-to-make-a-fool-of-yourself fun.
Stuff I like
- What are you interests/hobbies?I have tons of interests, from going out in my boat or on my motorbike, sports, reading, cooking, global travel - not enough hours in the day or days in the year.
- MusicI love many kinds of music, from blues and rock, to trip-hop and indie, to funk, acoustic and dance. Not a fan of r'n'b, hip-hop or hard electronica, though. I love going to festivals and gigs, but also have bucketloads of all kinds of everything on my iPod, I have a sound system in each of my kitchen, living room and bedroom and I play a bit of guitar when I think the neighbours can't hear it. ;o)
- Your fav tv seriesI love stand-up comedy, nature documentaries (David Attenborough, Ray Mears...), lots of sports and Top Gear.
- Your fav books/authorsI read ferociously (no, not with a snarl on my face!) I get through one or two books a week, from sci-fi to classics, crime to humour and much in between.
- Types of people you like?I like clever, witty, kind people, who have their own outlook on life and who don't mind being a bit daft sometimes.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Besides the personality stuff, the usual, obvious things: pretty face, body in good shape. Gorgeous eyes.
- FoodFood is another passion of mine. I *LOVE* cooking, and prefer to come up with my own creations rather than using recipes. I have friends round to dinner quite a lot, which I love.
- HolidaysI prefer mountains, lakes and a bit of adventure or cities I've never visited yet, rather than sun, beach and lazing around.
- PetsDon't have any pets, but love dogs and get on OK with cats.
- Fav PlaceI have loads of favourite places. I love Edinburgh, Finland, Stockholm, Brussels, the Galapagos Islands, and the countryside generally - hills, lakes, that sort of thing.
My attitude
- Family lifeI'm open for whatever works with my partner. I'd be up for marriage and children, although it's about whatever my partner and I would want jointly as a couple.
- Jobs&WorkingI guess I'm pretty successful in my career. After graduating as an interpreter (I'm multilingual), I was a journalist for over a decade and am now working as an industrial market analyst.
- MoneyI have my own house, a good career and am doing OK financially, but I'm not one for showing off with flash cars or whatever.
