About me
I’m divorced with 3 children, 2 away at university, youngest living at home (tried to get him to go too but they said he wasn’t old enough, I don’t know why he is 13!!!!!!) I have 2 dogs and have just started keeping chickens - 3 hens, 3 pullets & 6 chicks. In true River Cottage style the plan is to get fresh free-range eggs off the hens and fatten up the cockerels for the table (not come to terms with the last bit yet!!!). I was married for 18 years, dragged up 3 kids and have now reached the point in life were I would like a little light entertainment – to have a laugh etc.. I have hopefully buried my demons and am ready to move forward baggage free. I would like to meet someone who can do the same. - Where I liveI live in the most beautiful place on this planet. It is like being on holiday 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. I have the coast on 3 sides of me - heaven.
- Where are you originally from?I am originally from Cheshire, South Manchester
- Do you want to stay there?I love living here but there are other places in the world just as nice so would always consider moving
- What is your occupation?I'm self employed based in the retail and holiday letting industry. I'm also a taxi driver for my 3 teenage children, cook & house keeper the list is endless!
- What have you done so far?I was married for 18 years in that time had 3 children during that time I worked in accountancy in one way or another.
- What are your future plans?I am quite content with life I do not plan to leave Cornwall but who knows what is round the corner!
- Your perfect partnerRight my perfect partner! - He would be practical, kind & loving. I like the simple things in life so it would be really nice to meet someone who liked them too.
Stuff I like
- Your fav tv seriesI'm not really into TV. I would rather light the fire and open a bottle of red.
- What sort of movies do you like?If I'm watching TV I like to watch something that makes me laugh. Dr Dolittle with Eddie Murphy is daft but really funny. I hate horror - there is enough stress in life!
- FoodI love seafood - crab is a favorite with brown bread & butter and a bottle of Cava. Moules marinare - sex on a plate!!! Chinese, Thai are lovely too
- DrinksI like to have a drink at the weekend - usually a glass or 2 of red wine
- HolidaysI like camping but only in good weather.
